Los Angeles Residents Use Their Feet to Give Premature Babies a Hand at March of Dimes WalkAmerica. After weeks of fundraising, Northrop Grumman presented a check for over $108,000 to the March of Dimes Organization. Hornet Nation was part of the March of Dimes "Walk American 2005" event held at Griffith Park. The group rocked tunes for all ages and supported the many walkers as they returned from thier walk. The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality. Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education, and advocacy to save babies.
